Day 6 is Koundinyasana B. Try the posture first if you’re doing the challenge because I am going to post the transition from Tripod Headtsand later. The posture itself isn’t that hard so please don’t be intimidated, just suspend your disbelief long enough to try 😊. That’s one thing I’ve learned from yoga—it’s easy to psyche yourself out with doubt and disbelief but so often if you just try in the process of trying you experience much more possibility than you ever imagined. A good teacher believes in you more than you believe in yourself. Besides, the hardest part of the Ashtanga Yoga method is often the traditional vinyasa, how you get into and out of the posture. Working on Koundinyasana B first as the posture and later with the tripod headstand transition will give you the perfect mix of strength and humility.
