What you seek, you already are.
To paraphrase my yoga instructor this morning, it’s easy to notice change in babies and children. Often day to day we can see them growing and changing. It’s difficult however to see noticeable changes in ourselves as we grow older. There was a stone worker who chiseled away on a stone for days and days. Eventually the stone cracked and a beautiful gem was revealed. It took a mighty effort to eventually break the stone- it’s not something that can be done in one swift movement. Try to incorporate this thought into your days and know that everything you do is leading you to the change that you seek. Namaste.
